In approximately 500 words, describe your career plans, goals, and personal ambitions.

I have been, in my opinion, a very fortunate individual who has had more than one career path places before me. The two career paths that I have been given is to continue my hockey career and as well as a career as a firefighter. I am going to pursue my hockey career after high school to as high of a level of play as I can. The first superior of level of hockey that I will be attempting to play in will be juniors. This age division pertains to young adults all the way up to 20 or 21 before they are not allowed to play anymore. From there I plan to go to a national hockey league organization and play with a minor affiliate of them, and if things work out in my favor go and play with the professional team myself. I will be able to go to the higher levels of hockey with hard work not only on the ice, but in a workout room as well. My goals for my hockey career are to play one game in the NHL, and regardless of the team I play for to be consistent and give my team a chance to win every game, day in and day out. Once I am no longer able to play high levels of hockey I plan to return to school and receive certificates that acknowledge me to have all the skills and knowledge of an Emergency Medical Technician. From there I am going to apply with the Longmont Fire Department in Longmont, Colorado. If hired, even if it is not with Longmont, I want to serve the community in which I work with the utmost dedication. Through the years of faithful service that I am planning to give to my company I hope to be promoted up to the position of Battalion Fire Chief. Although the Battalion Fire Chief does not control all of the fire activity in the city it would be a great honor to be in that position with all of the responsibilities and still be active in the act of fighting fires. I do not plan or want to gain fame in my quest for a great life. I want to be good at what it is I am doing, do it with the most respect, and in return the journey of doing great things will be enough to me.
