As you know now I am planning on applying to St. Cloud State University in Minnesota for college. Along with this I am applying for the University’s scholarships as well. So I was wondering if you would be as so kind to write me a letter of recommendation for me to submit with my application. Since I had you as a coach during the Midget Major AA season of 2010 you are aware of the passion I put into everything I do and how I get along with everyone. You also know the morals and ethics I have as a person.

As my hockey coach you know that I am a responsible young man. I take everything seriously and professional as I can. You know about my stride and desire to get to the next level. I am applying to St. Cloud State University where I plan to have a major in athletic training, and a minor in psychology. Since you have witnessed my work ethics I am requesting for you to write me a letter of recommendation. I have been a part of athletic training groups for the past 3 years, and have been playing competitive hockey for the past 4 years. This will help with the basic knowledge of the major and the experience of playing on a competitive team will prepare me for a rigorous college experience.
