If you didn’t know yet I was planning on applying to St. Cloud State University in Minnesota for college. Along with this I am applying for the University’s scholarships as well. So I was wondering if you would be as so kind to write me a letter of recommendation for me to submit with my application. Since I had you in a semester of World and American History you are aware of the quality of my work and work skills. You also know the morals and ethics I have as a person.

As my history teacher you know that I can produce well thought out and organized pieces of work. You know what kind of grades I get and how I interact in the studying environment. I believe that you have good knowledge of whether or not I would be successful in the college setting. I am applying to St. Cloud State University where I plan to have a major in athletic training, and a minor in psychology. Since you have witnessed my work ethics I am requesting for you to write me a letter of recommendation. I have also been a part of athletic training groups for the past 3 years, and have been playing competitive hockey for the past 4 years. This will help with the basic knowledge of the major and prepare me for a rigorous college experience.
